Larissa Nycz is the Creative Director and Principal of Tribecca Designs. In her professional career, Larissa has created work for numerous outstanding design and interactive firms in the New York City area. After being the creative lead and Art Director at Tribecca Designs for four years, Larissa became the owner and Principal of the studio in August of 2011.
Larissa’s design specialty lies in design for web and corporate communications. Clients admire Larissa’s approach to thoughtful design solutions, her attention to detail, and her ability to translate a company vision into reality.
Larissa has spoken to university students about her graphic design practice, was a roundtable host at the 2010 Thinking Creatively conference and a Judge at the 2008 JSPRAA Image Awards for excellence in communications and design. Larissa is the Vice President and Membership Chair for the Spark Design Professionals organization and President of the New York City Hospitality Group. Larissa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a double major in Graphic Design and Information Technology and Informatics from Rutgers University and a Masters in Visual Arts Administration from New York University.
Outside of the studio, Larissa is active in several Ukrainian-American organizations, is a voracious reader and museum visitor and loves the very special meal between breakfast and lunch that New York restaurants do so incredibly well. Larissa currently resides in Hoboken, NJ with her husband.
